Rachel,
I LOVE YOUR SHOW! I think you are awesome! I love the way you cook - you make it look so easy!! I have one question for you - is it possible for you to make more low carb dishes. I’m trying to lose weight and the low carb way of eating really helps me but I get so sick of the regular dishes I prepare and you make great stuff like the Inside-Out Turkey Bacon Cheese Burgers. I was hoping you can make some more low carb dishes such as this one. Any ideas you can share will be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks,
Nella
Hi Nella,
Here are some great low-carb recipes you can try:
Inside-Out Sausage Chops with Roasted Peppers
Grilled Chicken and Eggplant Parm
Portobellos with Rucola and Parmigiano
Sea Bass with Herb Butter and Frisee Salad

Hi Liz,
Make sure that you put your eggs in the water before you boil it, and that the water is covering the tops of the eggs. Salt the water, turn the stove on high with the lid on, and bring the water to a complete boil (I usually let mine boil on high for about 3-5 minutes). Then turn the stove off and leave the eggs in the hot water for ten minutes. Once the eggs are done, put them in a container with cool water, and refrigerate. Make sure that the water and the eggs are nice and cold, as this will make peeling the eggs MUCH easier.
Good luck!
