Last night, Feb. 28, I fixed your turkey turnovers…ABFAB…..it is now going to become one of my staples…adding the chopped fennel seeds and the slight oozing of the boursin into the tomatoes guaranteed an incredible flavor…and so easy!!!

Does anyone have the recipe for the spaghetti /garlic dish prepared on the friday 27th tv show?

  3. jkamor76 said:

Yes, I agree on the garlic salt.. I always use it instead of salt, so I can cut down on the sodium and add more flavor. I also put in a little oil in the water to keep the pasta from sticking. I learned that last tip from Mrs. Brady, no less!

Hi Rachael, I am 62 and actually just learning how to cook (haha). I watch all the shows but love yours the best. You have such a wonderful personality and make me laugh outloud. One of my favorite meals is corn beef hash. Well, on your show today I watched you make parsnip and potato hash. I just had to run to the kitchen and try it, plus you made me so hungry… WHAT A SMASH! I discovered taste buds I never knew I had. By the way, I drop everything to watch your show everyday……..

I purchased a Fuji knife about a year and a half ago.
I love it and use it all the time. The handle is loose and wiggles although it has not actually separated from the blade. Any suggestions on repair or how to replace it? Of course I no longer have the receipt.

Hello Rachel, My husband got me a set of your cobalt blue pots & pans for Christmas and I just love them! I love the shapes of them plus the handles & lids are very comfortable to hold with my arthritic hands. I don’t have much of a grip but I haven’t dropped a single one of your pans (They’re too beatuful & precious! I would also like to comment on your wrapped shrimp pasta dish. I only had peppered bacon, though, and used that to wrap the shrimp. My husband doesn’t like any fish or seafood and is a man of few words, but when he finished that meal, he said it was mighty tasty! Thank you for the great recipe! I never miss your show!
    Keep up the good work…Jeannie

    Hi Rach:
I love your show and use your recipes often. Many of them have become family favorites. I have a question: What is the difference between cream and evaporated milk? Could evaporated milk be substituted for cream in a pinch? Lookinbg forward to hearing your response. Thanks.

Hey There Rachael, Congrats on your 500 episodes and looking forward to 500+ more.

Just wanted to say thank you for all your wonderful reciepes and tips I get from all your shows and your magazine. Also, have one questions, the smoky paprika you use so often is hard to come by in the supermarkets, do you have an alternative?

Thanks you for being so real and down to earth.

    Sincerely, Toni from Phoenix, AZ

    Dear Rach,
I noticed on your show that your hsndles on your cookware are always pointed toward you. I was very worried that your jacket would hang on one and fall and burn you. please for the sake of your viewers turn the handles toward the side.

    Sincerely,
    S. Walker
